Why Clancy exists
A renovation should feel like anticipation — not like a second job you never applied for. Somewhere between the vision and the build, you became the project manager. Clancy takes that job back.
Design apps show you pretty pictures. Trade sites hand you a stranger. Builder software is built for builders. Clancy is the first platform that sits on your side of the table — from first sketch to final handover.
Tell Clancy the vision
The space, the budget, the non-negotiables. Clancy returns a scoped plan with honest costs for your suburb — before you speak to a single trade.
Clancy clears the way
Council rules decoded, the right approval pathway chosen, vetted trades matched to your scope — and quotes that come back comparable, line for line.
Clancy runs the job
One schedule, every trade. Budget tracked in real time. A calm daily pulse instead of forty texts from six numbers — through to handover.
The intelligence underneath
Clancy reads your council’s rulebook, so you never renovate blind.
Every council writes its own planning rules — and they quietly decide what you can build, how long approval takes, and what it costs. Most owners find out mid-project. Clancy knows before you spend a dollar.
Trained on planning controls council by council, Clancy tells you which pathway applies, what it needs, and how long it really takes — in plain language.

Calm daily update, instead of chaos
“The person paying for the renovation shouldn’t be the one holding it together.”
I trained in architectural technology, so I know how a renovation is meant to come together on paper. Then I watched my own family renovate a kitchen, and saw what it looks like in real life — months of chasing quotes, coordinating trades who’d never spoken to each other, and a project that took far longer than it should have, with my family acting as unpaid project managers. The more people I spoke to, the more I heard the same story. Nobody was fixing the coordination, so I’m building Clancy to be the project director every renovation deserves.
